Mobile App Revenues Still Trump Mobile Ad Revenues, According to Mary Meeker’s latest State of the Web report

Mary Meeker of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a storied Silicon Valley venture capital firm, has been writing an annual State of the Web report since 2001. Prior to joining KPCB in 2011, Meeker worked at Morgan Stanley from 1991 to 2010 and served as managing director and research analyst.

Mobile advertising is now 11% of total internet advertising spend – up 47% year over year.
